LightNGo offers 100% satisfaction guarantee and returns on all items within 7 days of receiving the product and no later then 10 days from the payment of your product this includes the time it may take for the shipping of your product. This money back guarantee is valid for ALL products sold on this website, accept for A. Software with broken seals/removed shrink-wrapping, etc. Unless this product has a factory defect, or has clearly been damaged either by us or the postal service. If the product has a factory defect, or If the product reaches you when it is damaged, we will request that you mail back the damaged or defective product at your expense, before we offer our money back guarantee with this product or replace the product. If the product is damaged, but any shrink-wrapping or seals have been broken, we will refund only %80 of the original cost, this is why it is important that if you feel the product has been damaged, due to external cracks, parts missing, etc, you should return the product.
Shipping Policy SPSection3A:
All products ordered from LightNGoŽ if ordered and paid for before 12 noon on a business day, will be shipped that same or next day.
Products may be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days, and no later then 4 business days in the event of backorder.
All shipping options will be provided to you during checkout of the product. Our standard shipping options is via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail which according to USPS takes approximately 3 - 5 business days to reach it's destination.
Shipping Insurance Policy SPSection3B:
Insurance is offered on a custom request basis, however, all orders under $300 are automatically covered/insured by the seller and no additional action needs to be taken by the consumer.
If a product or number of products equal to or above $300 in cost are purchased from us, insurance will no longer be covered by LightNGoŽ and should be requested by the consumer and at the consumers expense. LightNGoŽ is not responsible for anything lost or stolen in the mail, during transit or after transit. We are also not responsible for anything damaged by the postal service, if you chose not to purchase insurance, you will do so at your own risk and take on full responsibility in the event of accidental lost or damage inquired while in transit.
